Reception only coordination {up to 8 hours of coverage on wedding day}
Up to two meetings; usually consisting of initial consultation and site walk-through
Unlimited phone or email correspondence throughout your planning
Pre-wedding outreach to the vendor team to introduce myself
Greet vendors and act as their point of contact for their set-up needs
Set-up of paper goods; escort cards, place cards, table numbers, signage, and menus
Styling of décor elements; guest sign-in table, photos, and gift table/card box
Placement of misc. items; favors, toasting flutes, cake knife/server, cake topper, bathroom baskets, and candles
Disburse vendor payments or gratuities on the client’s behalf
Troubleshoot emergencies with discretion
Assist venue staff with necessary changes due to inclement weather

Confirm linen and place setting set-up completed by banquet staff

An additional meeting to create planning checklist
Create wedding day timeline and distribute to the vendor team
Create the ceremony processional order
Attend and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal
Convey ceremony seating instructions to family members
Confirm DJ and officiant have performed microphone sound check prior to the start of the ceremony
Confirm song changes and cue signals with DJ or musicians for ceremony processional
Ensure the officiant receives the marriage license prior to the start of the ceremony
Placement of unity ceremony items and ensure program distribution
Direct family and bridal party in the ceremony processional {cue when to walk}
